We work with senior leadership, C-suite and the teams they lead, offering professional training that is both executive education and personal development.
Our first step is to understand your own or your organisation’s context and challenges and we bring an appreciation of learning styles, group dynamics and empathy for the blocks and blindspots that we all have, and which can get in the way of high performance.
How we work with you
All Unspoken workshops are grounded in a passion for how executive education is delivered as well as what. New skills and insights depend on a delicate balance of challenge and psychological safety.
We work with people’s existing perspectives, ways of doing things and sometimes unarticulated or ‘unspoken worldviews to explore seeing and doing things differently. We draw from an eclectic range of ideas and processes from experiential learning, psychology, neuroscience, improvisation theatre, coaching models and of course, excellent facilitation skills.
And we like to have fun. We believe the serious business of learning works best when people are enjoying themselves. There’s no chalk and talk - well OK….a little, but our emphasis is on people up and doing, stepping out of their comfort zone to learn in a safe space. Sitting and listening rarely got anyone very far in the training room.
